CleanerNearMe is a service operated through Lead Machine Pro. Its legal operator is INFINAEON AI MEDIA GROUP LTD, registered in England and Wales with company number 16457097. Its registered office is 9 Gladstone Terrace, Leeds, United Kingdom, LS27 9LE.
In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company. Questions about the website can be sent to cleanernearme.app@gmail.com.
2. What CleanerNearMe does
CleanerNearMe is a UK directory of domestic and commercial cleaning businesses. You can search by postcode, view business profiles, submit an enquiry and apply for a business listing. Public browsing and form submissions are currently free, and you do not need a customer account.
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a business listing application or use the website to make an enquiry about cleaning services.
We are not a cleaning business, booking agency or employer of the listed cleaners. We do not book cleaning work or take payment for it through the website.
3. How enquiries work
The website enquiry form sends your request to CleanerNearMe’s central team inbox. If the selected cleaner has an email address registered with us, we also send them your enquiry details so they can respond. Your request is also stored in our administration records. We may send you an email confirming that your enquiry has been received.
A confirmation means your request was recorded; it does not confirm a booking, a quotation, availability or a response from a cleaner. If you want to contact a business directly, use its published telephone, email or website details where available.
4. Independent cleaners and listing information
The presence or position of a business in search results does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by CleanerNearMe.
Any quotation, booking, payment or cleaning agreement you make is between you and the independent cleaning business. Check the business’s suitability, availability, prices, insurance, checks and service terms before making arrangements.
Listing information is supplied by businesses or our team and may change. Reviewing an application does not mean we have independently checked every statement. Insurance and DBS answers are recorded as stated by the business. A listing or badge is not a guarantee of a cleaner’s conduct, qualifications or quality of work.
Clearly labelled demo or sample listings are examples, not verified business information. Please report inaccurate or misleading information to us.
5. Business applications and submitted content
You must be authorised to act for the business you submit. Provide accurate, lawful information, keep it up to date and only upload logos, photographs or text you have the right to use. Do not upload private information about other people without appropriate authority.
Applications are reviewed before publication, and submission does not guarantee a listing. We may ask for corrections, decline an application, or edit, suspend or remove a listing where there is a reasonable concern about accuracy, legality, rights or misuse.
You retain ownership of your submitted content. You give us a non-exclusive permission to store, format and display it for reviewing your application and operating your CleanerNearMe listing. Approved profile details and images may be publicly visible and indexed by search engines. Contact us if you want a listing corrected or removed.
6. Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully and respectfully. Do not submit false or abusive enquiries, impersonate others, send spam, infringe anyone’s rights, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or use automated requests in a way that harms the service.
Please do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information, criminal-record details, passwords or payment-card information in form submissions.
7. Website content and availability
Our website design, software and branding are owned by us or our licensors. Business logos and other submitted materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the directory for its intended purpose, but may not reproduce our branding or content in a misleading way.
We aim to keep the website useful and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every listing is complete or current. We may update, temporarily suspend or discontinue features, including for maintenance or security. External websites have their own terms and policies.

9. Responsibility and your legal rights
We are responsible for our own actions as required by law. We do not guarantee or take responsibility for the independent services, quotations or agreements of businesses listed in the directory.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect business losses or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
10. Changes, governing law and complaints
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Any future paid feature would have its price and applicable terms explained before you are asked to pay.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without restricting any mandatory consumer rights or rights to use other courts that apply to you.
